I wish all realtors were as honest and professional as Jen is. Jen was able to guide us through the Tallahassee market place to view homes that came the closest to our dream home. In the end, however, we were coming out of an accessible home we designed ourselves. Since farm-living in a  wheelchair is most difficult, we decided to ‘settle’ on lake-front living. Unfortunately, almost all the lake-front homes for sale that we liked were in HOA’s. After the relative freedom of agricultural (no restrictions) zoning, I can’t imagine having to deal with an HOA on just about any/all exterior changes we would want to make. The 1 house we did find turned out to need too many costly repairs in addition to the needed changes to make it wheelchair friendly. While Jen could not make the impossible happen in her area, she was able to refer us to a great agent in neighboring Georgia who was able to help us (fewer HOAs there). I still miss dealing with Jen, however. She never judged and never tried to impose her own opinions/ideals. Jen would point out the potential in each home while also asking questions like, ‘how would this bathroom work for you?’. By doing so, she helped us see the best and the maybe not so positive aspects in each property so we could make our own informed decisions. She NEVER once tried to talk us into a house just to make a sale for herself!

Love her! She is very personable and makes you feel like you’re the only client. I would definitely recommend her to other customers. I also like the way she interacts with us which makes it so easy as well as calm the nerves. Jen truly pay attention to detail allowing us to repack knowing she has  our best interest. Have met with several agents over the past month. Trying to find our last home. Some were very good. Jen listened to us as we described what we were looking for. She did not try to direct us into something she wanted to sell, but searched for the home inventory for homes that matched my  request. She took additional time for us when we wanted to see a specific property a second time. We never felt rushed and worked at our pace. All questions we asked were answered for us. Thank you Jen. Jen Campbell helped us find the perfect Townhouse in Tallahassee, Florida. We spent about 8 weeks looking at a variety of Townhouses in the North and Midtown area of Tallahassee.
